Bookkeeper

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Oakland, California. This role is instrumental in maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The industry to which you'll be contributing is a fast-paced one, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a high level of organizational skill.Responsibilities:

Working as a valued member of a team

Managing accounts payable

Recording and tracking client payments

Making payments to vendors

Calculating payroll disbursements for partners

Recording both client and firm expenses

Recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers

Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards

Generating financial statements, cash reports, and balance sheets

Providing cash flow projections and managing balances

Preparing information for CPA for tax purposes

Displaying a willingness to have fun and grow with the team.

Requirements

Possesses over 5 years of experience

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Proficient in using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant office software

Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
