Bookkeeper needed for small business.

We’re looking for a dependable professional to handle bookkeeping and accounting duties for a retail business with 2 stores. Must be proficient in Quickbooks.

Key duties:

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

Process payroll and manage tax filings.

HR Duties

Manage 1099 Subcontractors.

Manage accounts payable.

Prepare financial reports and summaries.

Maintain organized files (both digital and physical).

Maintain Multiple Insurance renewals, audits, etc.

Manage Sales Tax

Qualifications and skills:

Experienced and proficient in Quicbkooks a must.

Self motivated and reliable.

Internet Savvy.

Ambitious, self-starter who can problem solve!
