Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and organized Bookkeeping Assistant. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including organizing digital and physical files, update information in a database and spreadsheets, managing documents.

Responsibilities:

Take highlighted expenses and put into a spreadsheet

Organize and file paperwork

Handle administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Ability to analyze information

Strong organizational skills

Word processing skills

Detail-oriented

Use of Word, Excel

Ability to work independently

Friendly and professional demeanor

Additional Information:

Past administrative experience required

The house has a dog, but pet care is not required
