Our clients can be found in a variety of industries including farming, real estate, energy, medicine, service, labor, lending, and entertainment. We assist and counsel our clients in structuring corporate, business, and real estate transactions, and we provide estate and succession planning, tax planning, and trust administration services. We are seeking a transactional attorney who can assist with our growing practice and who desires to become a meaningful part of our team.

Qualifications:

California State Bar licensed attorney with experience in corporate, real estate, estate planning, trust administration, and/or probate law

Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills

Ability to work independently and as part of our team

Thoughtful and self-motivated with a positive attitude

Ability to interact positively with clients and other team members
