Box truck helper appliance delivery & install

We are seeking an experienced, Independent Contractor for the role of Appliance Installation Assistant (Helper) in Tracy, CA. Partner with our experienced lead driver for the expert delivery and installation of major home appliances, operating with autonomy as a specialized service provider.

Your Contracted Services:

Expertly assist driver/installer with the safe handling, loading, unloading, and precise installation/setup of complex home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, etc.).

Conduct post-installation checks and maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch and driver/installer.

Efficiently manage your time to complete contracted service stops daily.

Requirements to Partner:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience supporting appliance delivery and installation.

Ownership of a complete personal set of professional tools required for appliance assistance setup.

Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy items (up to 100 lbs).

Able to use a cell phone to update orders and photos using GPS app.

Commitment to high professional standards and appearance (reflecting your independent brand).

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Compensation & Schedule:

Daily Compensation: $175 - $200 per day, based on your efficiency and customer service quality (weekly payouts).

Start Time: Varies (5:00am - 6:00am) based on the route distance and dispatch, with morning arrival at the Tracy, CA base location for product pickup.

End of Day: Work concludes once all scheduled services are successfully completed (flexibility is required).

Drivers are also welcome to apply but will need experience with driving a 26ft box truck, prior appliance installation experience with a known 3pl, clean driving records, drug screening and background.
