The Walt Disney Company is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Brand Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the success of our brands and franchises. The ideal candidate has a passion for entertainment and a creative mindset, with a proven ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.The role of the Corporate Brand organization is to develop a deep understanding of our global consumer in order to develop strategies, initiatives and campaigns to both protect and grow our brands and key franchises. The Brand Marketing team works to elevate and amplify Disney brands and franchises across the global The Walt Disney Company ecosystem through creative-driven marketing campaigns to maximize the long-term growth and health of our brands.Responsibilities:

Execute and activate creative-led marketing campaigns to strengthen perception of our brands and franchises, increase brand and franchise awareness, and drive audience engagement.

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as insights, marketing, creative, digital, and public relations to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging across all channels.

Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to implement marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, partnerships, events, and sponsorships, to support key business objectives.

Manage multiple projects with various deadlines, constraints, and stakeholder needs.

Work with the insights team to develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Work with the insights team to conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, insights, and competitive landscape, and leverage findings to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns using key performance indicators to provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.

Create compelling marketing assets, including copywriting, visual content, and multimedia materials, that effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with target audiences.

Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform, innovate, and adapt marketing campaigns accordingly.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the entertainment industry.

Knowledge about Disney IP and passion for the brands and franchises are a plus.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Creative thinker with excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and narratives.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for entertainment and pop culture, with a finger on the pulse of current trends and industry developments.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
