Job Description:

As a budtender, you will guide customers through our products, answer product questions, provide recommendations, and ensure every guest has an informed and enjoyable experience. This role involves being compliant, following protocol, staying knowledgable about cannabis strains, products and consumption methods.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product education and recommendations based on customer needs

- Accurately process transactions and maintain POS accuracy

- Comply with all state cannabis regulations and dispensary policies

- Maintain a clean and organize workspace

- Stock merchandise and organize inventory

Qualifications:

- Must be 21+ with valid ID

- Prior retail, customer service, or cannabis experience preferred, but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast paced customer service environment

- Reliable, punctual and team oriented

- Must be open to work holidays and weekends
