Building Maintenance

We are a growing Employee-Owned Company that has been in business for over 40 years. We have an opening for Building Maintenance for one of our municipal maintenance contracts in Alameda County. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who likes working independently and can prioritize the daily tasks assigned. Must be able to work flexible hours. This candidate must have some knowledge in painting, plumbing, light carpentry and electrical, and anything else having to do with building maintenance, but we are willing to train the right individual. This job requires a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 points on your record to be insurable with our insurance company. Candidate must also be able to pass a LiveScan for the City of Dublin.
