Direct Client Requirement Position: Business AnalystLocation: Los Angeles, CA local (remote)Duration: 12 + Months ContractImmediate Interview

As a Business Analyst:

You’ll gather, define and maintain functional requirement specifications in collaboration with stakeholders ranging from Commercial Project, Product and Engineering Managers, Customer Support, Finance, and Operational teams
You will translate stakeholders’ business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
You will validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environments
You will demonstrate your ability to manage multiple sources of information and master the specification of solutions based on a wide spectrum of technologies and techniques, such as web services
You will prepare and conduct requirement workshops, walkthroughs, critical reviews and presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives

Qualifications:

Business Analysis Accreditation is an asset
5+ years related business analysis experience required
Knowledge of inbound and outbound wire payment channels including customer-facing channels for Commercial, Small Business, and Retail customers strongly preferred

Nice to have:

Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations in relation to different markets
Experience in working within cross border payments, e-commerce, and/or card issuing or acquiring
