Job Duties:

Business / Functional Requirements Analysis and project management.
US & CA Payroll, Payroll & Tax ,systems Integration.
SQL, MS SQL DB.

Payroll systems.
Decompose high-level concepts into details and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
Design business applications from scratch, define user journeys, design conceptual data models.

Develop functional design and solutions for inhouse systems, built from scratch.
Data modeling for reporting & data warehouse.
Analyze and critically evaluate gathered information to resolve conflicts, anticipate issues, and make priority decisions.

Developing and executing test plans/scripts.
Requirements elicitation, requirements and design modeling, documentation and communication.
Integration experience in WorkDay, SAP and UltiPro UKG Payroll.
