Must Have Skills:

5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Strong communication skills: both verbally as in writing. The single biggest skill they need here, must be able to navigate through large complex organizations.
Ability to facilitate meetings; and seek consensus between participants
Demonstrable experience in task management, and light project management
Good analytical skills and use of methodologies and frameworks
Ability to structure, organize, and summarize large amount of structured data
Affinity with system development, regulatory requirements, information security, privacy, etc

Key Responsibilities

Task management: administer and facilitate closure of action items related to legal requests, system data quality, and project work
Support system enhancements: document functional requirements, test new functionalities, create end-user documentation
