Position Overview Business Analyst / Scrum Master Skill Set: Project Management, Business analysis, L2 Production Support, Airtable, Functional Documentation, Functional Testing, Training Material Documentation, Requirements Gathering, Zendesk, Scrum, Agile Scrum. Key qualifications

• 5- 10 years of experience.
• Understanding of TV+ business processes and their relationship to technology
• Hands-on experience defining and documenting process flows, business requirements, functional specifications, test artifacts
• Hands-on experience as scrum master
• Experience supporting small, medium, and large-scale technology projects in implementation and on-going support
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent business and data analysis skills
• Effectively coordinates work and communication across disparate groups of individuals
• Thrives in a dynamic environment, fast-paced environment
• Establishes milestones and meets commitments on deadlines
• Communicates effectively with personnel at all levels (staff to executive)
• Able to quickly adapt to new technical and functional concepts
• Experience in media and entertainment is required

• Production support of various custom build applications such as casting, content policy & ratings using support tools such as Zendesk, ServiceNow
• Lead functional activities for various Airtable requirements from Legal stakeholder - marketing assets review
• Scrum master for one custom build application that is in delivery
• Responsible for drafting project plan, buiness requirements documents, functional specification document for applications being worked on
• Lead and/or participate in the development of functional requirements and technical specifications
• Lead and/or participate in test planning and testing activities
• Lead and/or participate in training planning, documentation and delivery
