Our Pavilion combines the most advanced medical and surgical services with a unique healing environment including private spacious rooms and inviting garden areas.ResponsibilitiesThe Inventory Management Analyst leads develops and implements a variety of projects including business systems implementation and software analysis and administration. In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health the analyst works collaboratively with staff and serves as a director and mentor for creating processes to insure timely uniform education and training and accurate reporting. This position provides assistance to the Manager of Central Service and the Director of Materials Management. The administrator puts in place controls and systems to insure accountability to the operating budget while applying Dignity Health Core Values to the performance of every job duty. These Values include Dignity Collaboration Justice Stewardship and Excellence.QualificationsUndergraduate degree with finance and or accounting background preferred. Five years experience in business systems analysis and administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with an automated Materials Management OR Information System and inventory control in a hospital setting is highly recommended. Familiar with report writing data analysis trending projections and bridge program development. Complete annual safety training.
