Data Business Analyst

Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.

Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.

Document the requirements along with cross functional dependencies. [a Single reference document/BRD]

Define non-functional requirements (i.e. security, performance and load testing)

Work closely with Product Owner to provide input for user stories & backlog grooming

Understand features & business requirements

Document the functional specifications & review the technical specification (Solution Design Doc)

Understand the solution and detail out the design; validate the solution approach is meeting the requirement

Work closely with Scrum Team to ensure clarity on the design during development

Drive closure of scrum level design dependency issues

Participate in Solution Walkthrough and represent Value Stream/Scrum Team design

Coordinate with Solution Architects, Product Owners and other scrum team stakeholders in design related discussions

Work with Scrum Team, Product Owner to build the System Demo

Validate E2E QA & UAT test cases & provide support during Scrum QA, E2E QA, UAT and Post-Production

Assist in creation of users guide (as needed)

Participate in key cadences and meetings like Planning workshops, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Daily Standup, Demo, Delivery Commit, Release Testing, FPR, Go-Live & Normalization

Work closely with Stakeholders, Product Owners for Defect Prioritization and communicate to Product Manger

Good Understanding of Oracle ERP – Supply Chain domain specifically Order management

Strong in SQL

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail

Highly self-motivated and directed

Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
