Business Development Representative

Automotive dealership looking for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative focuses on increasing the service department traffic of the dealership by assisting with day to day operations and customer retention efforts. The BDR must be a friendly, articulate, and self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Manages inbound/outbound calls to drive dealer traffic

-Efficiently schedules/confirms appointments

-Manages manifest lists

-Utilizes the right tools and data to maximize generating and managing leads
