We are seeking a passionate, ambitious and team oriented litigation attorney to work in the areas of business and employment litigation. The position will initially perform the following primary duties: (1) Legal research and writing; (2) pleadings and motion practice; (3) discovery, both propounding and responding; (4) court appearances. You will work with a supportive team that is looking to help somebody grow into the practice.

Qualifications: CA bar admission, strong oral and written skills, attention to detail, team oriented and willingness to learn.
