Business Service Representative

- Serve as the primary liaison between businesses and customers.- Excel at matching customer skills/interests to open positions.- Maintain up to date knowledge on the local labor market.- Be able to communicate these complex ideas and processes to business leaders, community agencies, etc.- Generate job leads for participants that focus on Career Pathways and life sustaining employment- Present various program services to business, such as: WIOA, OJT, ITA, Paid Work Experience, etc.- Coordinate Paid Work Experience opportunities for participants in conjunction with business needs- Collect data and generate reports- Enter all relevant participant and business engagement data within the system of record- Assist with removing barriers for participants and for employment.- Other duties as assigned
