Business Systems Analyst - 3

Description ONSITE 4 days/weekWe are offering a position for a Business Systems Analyst in Irvine, California. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining various reports using PowerBI SSRS. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to convert existing legacy reports from SSRS to PowerBI or UIPath and will work both individually and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex reports using PowerBI Execute unit tests and work with the team on integrated testing Lead an initiative to convert existing legacy reports from SSRS to PowerBI or UIPath Create complex reports to support business users and management requests Use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing to ensure software functionality Manage time effectively to prioritize projects and meet deadlines Utilize SQL language, SQL Server, and Big Query to write queries, scripts, and stored procedures Deploy SSIS Packages and use Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps Utilize an analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills to make business decisions Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, MS Project, etc.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required. Demonstrated experience in Design and Supervising. Familiarity with 'About Time' software and Workstation Support. Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Strong Communication Skills. Proficiency in SQL and Oracle. Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required. Ability to create Charts and Graphs. Experience in formulating Queries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites. Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and Supply Chain Logistics. Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field. Proficiency in AWS Technologies. Ability to create a Business Requirement Document. Familiarity with SQL Server and .NET. Proficiency in using Pivot Table. Experience in Regression Analysis. Strong Analytical Skills. Proficiency in Power BI.
