Walk me through the day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):

Contribute to the entire implementation process of standing up Provider Portal – Patient Analytics Dashboard by end-of-year.
Meeting with Manager, Data Analysis and Project Manager to determine requirement, next steps, and solution.
Perform data analytics against Teradata data warehouse and Oracle dbs to determine and confirm data extraction business requirement for developer(s).
Assist in writing complex SQLs to support Provider Portal – Patient Analytics Dashboard.
Collaborate with multiple business partner to gather, analyze, document technical requirements, and make recommendations on development solution
May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections
Produce clear and concise analysis, presenting and explaining complex issues in an appropriate and easy to understand manner
Research, validate, and document details explanations and interpretations of data internally to the team

Required Skills/Experience:

Strong data analysis
Advanced SQL, RDMS, data modeling, data warehouse/data lake (i.e., Teradata, Snowflake)
Articulate and present insights from analyses to non-technical customers and cross-functional internal teams alike. Acuity to detail.

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

Managed care/healthcare industry experience
Knowledge of healthcare data systems especially provider group and provider dataset. Experience in claims and/or encounter/capitated claims data system is a plus.
Experience in Teradata, SQL, Oracle, Snowflake SQL.
