Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure DevOps, SQL Queries, release management, and PowerBI.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement solutions to streamline business processes and increase efficiency
Create and maintain documentation for all system processes and procedures
Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
Manage releases and ensure that all changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders
Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of business systems analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or related field
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, SQL Queries, release management, and PowerBI
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
