Senior Buyer – Aerospace Industry (Camarillo, CA)

A well-established aerospace manufacturer in Camarillo is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$110,000 DOE and the opportunity to work with a respected, long-standing organization.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience within the aerospace industry

Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively

Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 5+ years of relevant experience

Background in high-mix, low-volume production environments

Knowledge of ISO standards and/or AS9100 (preferred)

Experience with Lean principles, 5S, and Theory of Constraints (TOC) is a plus

Proficiency in managing MRP-driven operations
