Description We are excited to offer a contract position for an Executive Assistant in the tax consulting field, based in Los Angeles, California. This pivotal role involves providing essential administrative support to our executives while upholding a high standard of confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate executives' schedules, including meetings and travel arrangements

Draft and manage routine correspondence, ensuring clear communication with clients and managers

Maintain and update databases to track relevant executive information

Assist with expense reimbursements, billing, and accounts receivable

Communicate regularly with clients and managers, addressing requests promptly

Utilize tools such as Concur, CRM, Microsoft Access, Excel, Office Suites, About Time, Calendar Management, and SAP to perform tasks effectively

Maintain professionalism and strong communication skills to positively represent the organization

Exhibit excellent writing skills for clear and effective communication

Show initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the tax consulting industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access

Experienced with Concur and CRM software

Familiar with 'About Time' software for time tracking and project management

Skilled in managing calendars and coordinating appointments

Capable of handling correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality

Experienced in supporting C-Suite executives and managing sensitive documents

Knowledgeable in SAP for business operations and customer relations

Able to assist with annual tax procedures and documentation

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and discretion
