Sales Associate (In-Office Sales – Cabinetry Products)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: On-site

Pay Range: $48,000 – $110,000 per year (Base + Commission)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our in-office sales team. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance to clients on our cabinet product offerings, develop customized solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional consultations and product recommendations tailored to customer needs and preferences

Promote and sell in-store cabinet products while consistently working to exceed sales goals

Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients; provide regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Manage the entire customer journey—from order placement through delivery and installation—ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process

Gather customer feedback, contribute to market research efforts, and support continuous improvement initiatives for products and services

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with 2020 Design or QuickBooks software (not required; training provided)

High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Interior Design or a related field is a plus)

Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly valued

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

Base salary plus performance-based commission with no cap — the more you sell, the more you earn
