Cal Poly MHU Nurse Practitioner (NP) Needed

The Center for Health Research at Cal Poly is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to work at our Women’s Mobile Health Unit

Location: Tuesdays in person in Santa Maria and Guadalupe, plus remote meetings once a week.

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license

Reliable transportation

Availability for approximately 10 hours per week

Ability to work on site for half a day every Tuesday and available for follow-up patient care coordination meetings remotely once a week.

Experience in Women's Health preferred.

Experience working with underserved populations and cultural awareness are highly valued qualifications for this position. Candidates with a demonstrated understanding of and experience in addressing the unique healthcare needs of underserved communities, as well as cultural sensitivity and competence, are encouraged to apply.
