Summary of Responsibilities: The Calibration Coordinator is responsible for all calibration activities within the Quality department at Vander-Bend. 2. Responsibilities: some or all of the followingCalibration planning, gage ordering, review of calibration certificates.Coordinate calibration schedules with external calibration vendors.Record keeping which includes software system update with status.May perform calibrations if needed.Engrave and label gages.Discuss calibration principles and procedures with vendors.Assist with incoming inspection of parts and perform measurements.
Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years administrative experience. Familiar with performing measurements.Knowledge / Skills Ability to understand and follow directions. Good language skills both written and oral.
