Call Center Representative

Our Call Center Representatives work with some of the best customers in Southern California. We help them keep their homes pest free by providing information regarding our pest control services, scheduling appointments and assisting them with questions.

To be a part of our team, applicants must be computer proficient, have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi task and answer a high volume of inbound calls.

This position works at our corporate office, located on Morena Blvdjust a few minutes from the 5 and 8 freeways. Our CSRs work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with an occasional Saturday (half day).
