True Blue Gutter Guards
Compensation: Earn 5% commission per lead, with the average sale being $5,000-$7,000. Room for growth into sales roles for those that are willing to canvass their own sales. Adding an addition 5%.
True Blue Gutter Guards is looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners to promote our top-quality, fire-resistant gutter protection systems. Your goal is to generate qualified leads by identifying homeowners who need our products and services.
This position is commission-based, and as a 1099 independent contractor, you will have flexibility in managing your time. Earnings range from 5-10% per lead, depending on quality. Proven success in generating leads can lead to advancement into sales roles, with further growth opportunities into management for those who consistently deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Go door-to-door to engage with potential customers.
Explain the benefits of our high-quality, WUI-compliant, fire-resistant gutter protection.
Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
Attend and engage with potential customers at events, such as home and garden shows, where you’ll also promote our products.
Maintain a professional, positive attitude while representing the company.
Meet or exceed weekly lead generation goals.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence and a positive, persuasive attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and persist toward daily goals.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You may be required to work events like home and garden shows, where we showcase our products and services.
Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is a plus, but not required.
