Caregiver for Elderly

IMMEDIATE JOB OPENING AVAILABLE: 83 year old male patient requires full assistance Mondays - Thursdays and also on Sundays (total of 5 days). Male patient is alert, aware, and has a hoyer lift so you must be experienced. This will mostly be a companionship position.

```General Responsibilities```

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions

- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed

- Prepare meals and assist with feeding

- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up and laundry

- Escort clients to appointments and outings

```Experience```

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

- Valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and reliable transportation

- CPR certification is a plus

Los Angeles County - Woodland Hills, Porter Ranch, Northridge, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Sherman Oaks, Santa Clarita, Burbank, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, etc

Ventura County - Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, Camarillo, Simi Valley, Westlake Village, etc

Available shifts:

Morning, daytime, evening, and/or overnight

Live-in and 24/7

5, 6, 8, and 12 hours

Full-time or part-time
