Caregiver for Senior-In home care

I am looking for a caring and compassionate (preferably memory care experienced) caregiver for my 93 year old father with Alzheimers. I currently have two caregivers who cover the weekday positions and am looking to fill the weekend position Saturday morning 730am to Monday Morning 730am 24 hour shifts. I may also have the Friday shift available (we could discuss that). The pay is $170 per day. Duties would include companionship, assure safety, medication management, personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, encourage activity.
