Caregiver Needed For Senior

Seeking a kind, experienced and reliable caregiver to provide top-notch care for my 91 Year old Father in CA . Or ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient and skilled in providing quality care.

Job Responsibilities

-Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which includes assisting with administering medication.

-Offer appropriate redirection and deescalate behaviors from residents.

-Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan.

- Meal prep.

-Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.

-Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.

-Providing guidance on developmental goals such as daily living skills.

-Promote residents’ confidence and independence.

-Companionship.

-Provide daily assistance/encouragement with tasks such as housekeeping, hygiene, and laundry.

-Participate in the community life enriching activities, events and outings, while encouraging residents to attend.

Job Requirements :

-Be able to pass a caregiver background check

-GED/High School Diploma

-18 years of age or older

- 1 year of Caregiving experience if possible but not necessary

-Confident in stressful situations
