Casa Guadalajara Restaurant Floor Supervisor

Casa Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant in famous Old Town San Diego is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Supervisor who possesses the knowledge, skills and abilities to supervise and motivate staff and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Must have:

Ability to supervise staff, including, but not limited to, assignment of duties, evaluating service

and assisting management with disciplinary action when necessary.

Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions.

Knowledge of food and alcohol beverages

Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills

Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must possess basic math skills

Must good computer skills; (to include Excel and MS Word)

Must have a Manager ServSafe certificate or Current San Diego County Food handler card and current Alcohol and

Beverage certification from the State of California.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent education required.

2+ years previous restaurant experience in a medium to large full size restaurant

1 + years previous supervisory experience required

Experience with POS systems required

Experience in Cash Handling

Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work am/pm shifts, and weekends and holidays.
