Case Management Supervisor

Local non-profit organization is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to be responsible for supervision, performance appraisals, scheduling, coaching, staff development, hiring, training, and disciplinary action of the Floaters for non profit organization.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

$34.00/hour

Responsibilities:

In conjunction with other department supervisors, monitor and audit a sampling of work processed for quality assurance.

Monitoring and approving department floater needs by reviewing requests and strategically allocating resources accordingly.

Responsible for maintaining a knowledge and understanding of Title 5, Funding Terms and Condition, and Agency Policy.

Work with department manager to conduct program evaluation, write progress reports monthly.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in the field of Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, or related field

2+ years' experience involving case management or government programs/funding programs
