Catering Staff Needed

We are looking for Catering Event Staff for ongoing events in Foster City. These positions are in a corporate office or university setting. These are NOT restaurants. The shifts are M-F and all are day shifts.

MUST BE ABLE to WORK FULL TIME.

Catering Attendant / Server

Setup and breakdown buffets, replenish food, drinks, utensils, greet guests and can speak to the food

Bartender

Setup, service, and breakdown bar (primarily beer and wine)

Top Self Bartender

Setup, service, and breakdown bar (can make mixed drinks / cocktails comfortably)

Plated Server

High level server to take orders, serve coursed meal, provide table side beverage, etc.

Busser / Porter

Clean, restock, organize dishes, dump food, etc.

Dishwasher

Load and unload dishwashers efficiently and safely.

Wash glassware, silverware, and other kitchen items by hand when necessary.

Ensure all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of clutter.

Empty and clean trash receptacles.

Clean and sanitize the dishwasher, sinks, and other kitchen equipment.

Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift.

Prep Cook -

This position is responsible for preparing food items and serving customers while adhering to health and safety regulations. This role requires strong culinary skills, a focus on quality and efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Line Cook/Grill Cook -

This position is a vital member of the client's kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking specific dishes or working a designated station during service. They follow recipes, manage food preparation, cook items to order, and ensure proper plating and timely delivery of food to the customer.

Deli Cook -

This position prepares and serves a variety of cold food items, including sandwiches, salads, and other deli specialties, following established recipes and procedures. They are responsible for tasks like slicing meats and cheeses, preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper food storage and handling.
