Cellarmaker Sales Representative

Sales Representative – Bay Area // Alameda County // Contra Costa

Cellarmaker Brewing Company is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic sales representative to help grow our footprint in the Bay Area. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts, increasing brand presence, and ensuring Cellarmaker’s reputation for quality is upheld wherever our beer is poured.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

Identify, open, and grow new accounts across assigned territories.

Increase brand visibility through consistent communication, tastings, and events.

Conduct regular account visits to ensure product quality and presentation.

Set and achieve weekly sales goals with accountability to performance targets.

Maintain organized records, logs, and sales reports.

Coordinate deliveries as needed to support key accounts.

Plan and execute tap takeovers, promotions, and events to showcase Cellarmaker beers.

Represent Cellarmaker at festivals and industry events.

Participate in regular sales meetings and team collaborations.

Qualifications

21 years of age or older.

Valid CA driver’s license, registration, insurance, and a clean driving record.

Prior experience in beverage sales or related field preferred.

Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and highly organized with strong time management.

Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.

Comfortable lifting and maneuvering up to 60 lbs and standing for extended periods.
