Requirements:

1. ✅ At least 1 year of experience in cellphone/electronics repair

2. ✅ Strong knowledge of iPhones, Androids, tablets, and more

3. ✅ Comfortable using tools to diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

4. ✅ At least 6 months of experience in sales or customer service

5. ✅ Ability to upsell accessories, protection plans, or services

6. ✅ Great communication and customer service skills

7. ✅ Reliable, professional, and a team player
