We are seeking a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tax planning and preparation, and offering financial guidance. You will work closely with individuals, small businesses, and corporations to ensure compliance and optimize financial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tax returns, individual and business

Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients

Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service

Assist with bookkeeping and financial reporting as needed

Qualifications:

Active EA or CPA license in good standing (California)

1-5 years of experience in public accounting or tax preparation

Federal and California tax codes knowledge

Proficiency in tax software (Lacerte preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently and with team members.
