Channel Management AnalystDescriptionChannel Management Analyst- Regional Go to Market/Operations, Google Industry PartnershipsAs part of our Industry Partnerships team, the Regional Go to Market Analyst will work primarily on supporting the operations of our channel.This includes forecasting, support for our key indirect partners, managing Risk and Opportunity and sales pipeline data integrity as well as maintaining accurate data generally against which we run our business.Includes weekly forecasting and allocation support, ensuring data integrity for pricing, channel mapping, and our NPI process.This person will help us validate data integrity and touch data from entry all the way to reconciliation and analysis, finding areas of improvement and driving them through the system.Additionally, this person will help keep the Industry Partnerships team compliant with current and new internal processes. Data integrity, insights, and flawless operational executions are crucial levers for our business. To be successful, you’ll need to partner with people from various areas, both internally and externally, including Sales Ops, Regional Demand Planning, Order Management and Finance.You’ll need to be adept and effective at data management, reporting, analytics, follow through, cross functional communication and coordination with attention paid to the smallest detail.Responsibilities:●Support our weekly forecasting process for the Industry Partnerships business including tracking status of key deals, promotions, NPI and run rate business trends that may influence our outlook●Work with the sales team as needed to keep our Opportunity pipeline up to date, tracking key changes that will influence our ability to attain our business objectives●Support ordering and allocation processes for Industry Partnerships●Ensure that, and develop ongoing reporting to ensure that our baseline data- customer/channel mappings, pricing, tax certificates are all clean so our business can operate successfully.●Support our Distributor rebate process, ensuring that partners are accurately getting paid in a timely manner●Regular running of key reports for the team, ensuring data accuracy and finding key insights in the data to share with the team●Assess existing state of tools and processes and implement new tools that will increase efficiency and visibility of data, including allocation process.●Provide ad hoc reporting and analyses efficiently and accurately●Perform other duties as assigned or required- including administrative,support for allocations and other operational support for the IP teamQualificationsBackground & Experience●BA/BS degree or equivalent experience●5 years of experience as a Sales or Business Analyst●Experience forecasting hardware, ideally including deal based businesses and using Anaplan●Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines in a high paced and dynamic environment●Distinctive problem solving and structuring skills, with ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication●Exceptional and proven follow up/follow through, with extreme attention to detail●Experience in consumer goods industry strongly preferred●Strong business, analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and business intelligence skills●Team player who thrives in a cross-functional collaborative environment●Strong communication, organizational and time management skills●Natural ability to build strong relationships, maintain a positive attitude and be self-motivated.●Fluency in data management and manipulation in Anaplan, Tableau and SalesForce●Self starter, independently motivated, but with a good sense of when to ask for help●Thrives in a dynamic team environment●Fluency with Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, GSuite, Google Analytics, SQL, Plx tablesDISCLAIMER: Acosta/ Mosaic North America is an Equal Opportunity EmployerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
