As an Engineering Project Manager, you will work closely with our Software Engineering, Product Management, and teams across Business units to support products through all phases of product development. Our goal is to deliver high quality products on time and within budget.What You Will Do:

Drive large scale NPI cross functional program teams for the Hardware Program Management Organization according to current Product Development Methodology.

Build, organize, and manage project plans for key initiatives, including execution and tracking of program deliverables, achievements, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.

Ownership and reporting of project plans for key initiatives, including execution and tracking of program deliverables within process such as: achievements, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.

Develop resilient working relationships with cross functional teams to understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.

Prepare weekly status reports and briefings on projects, initiatives, and key achievements for executives and customer groups.

Adhere to metrics and governance for Meraki’s process and drive process improvements.

Build overall program prototype allocations, budget, Purchase Orders for development requirements, and track until launch. Resolve budget receipts, equipment tracking, allocation distribution and logistics.

Prepare and implement NPI Phase Gate reviews from concept to launch, obtain approvals and remove risks through NPI process.

Prepare overall program budgets, track Purchase Orders, and headcount for programs throughout NPI phases.

Support internal teams for hardware manufacturing operations, supply chain, sourcing and logistics.

Manage JDM or CM proto build plans ensuring allocations are accurate and correlate to build quantity, including support for material readiness, test, and logistics.

Who You Are:You have deep project management experience and the ability to complete complex initiatives successfully with high value outcomes, customer engagement and alignment, and seamless change management and communication. You are detail oriented, efficient, organized, and comfortable operating in a multifaceted environment. You have excellent collaboration, communication, and writing skills. You take initiative, are comfortable trying new things and making suggestions, and get excited about driving important work in partnership with leadership. You have excellent judgment, are trustworthy, and respect confidential information. Your ability to define success, help set measurable goals, prioritize, and drive the right outcomes for the Technical Program Management Team are key to success.Your Skills:

5+ years of experience as Project Manager in software, hardware, embedded, networking, cloud technologies or products

Experience working with project planning tools (Excel, Gantt charts, Jira, Wrike, Confluence, Google Docs)

Project management professional certification, or equivalent, preferred.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, lead, and deliver on simultaneous projects/deliverables under deadline pressure.

Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.

Superior collaboration, facilitation, and team working skills with the ability to relationship build, influence, and lead in a cross-functional environment.

Curiosity and strong problem solving and research skills.

Willingness to tackle new and different challenges with a positive attitude and perseverance.

Experience supporting senior leaders and executives in managing large teams, including developing, launching, and maintaining team rituals and setting agendas for and running team meetings.

Familiarity with developing and maintaining management processes, training curriculum, and related programs.
