Cleaner & Host for Pinecone Treehouse Bonny Doon

Looking for a friendly & adventurous part time cleaner & check in host for the Pinecone Treehouse located in Bonny Doon! This is a very unique, awesome opportunity for someone with a flexible schedule on Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons.

Check in time varies and is any time between 3PM - 9PM.

Each cleaning + hosting is paid at a rate of $100 for up to 3 hours of work per flip, but it may very well only take you 2 hours if you are an efficient cleaner and the guests arrive on time.

Duties include:

- cleaning the treehouse: changing the bedding, towels, cleaning the floors, surfaces, bathroom, windows where possible

- checking the amenities are in good working condition

- emptying & cleaning the compost toilet once per week

- filling the water tank

- doing laundry and filling the propane tanks once per week

- reporting any damages or issues to the treehouse manager

- communicating with guests to see what their ETA is, meeting them at the gate and showing them to the treehouse. Answering any questions they might have and make them feel at home!

Qualifications:

- adventurous!

- reliable communicator

- friendly, punctual and flexible

- great attention to detail

- reliable vehicle, comfortable traversing a muddy dirt road in the rainy season

- smart phone to receive calls and texts from guests and send photos when necessary

- physically able to confidently climb a ladder with a bag of laundry and/or cleaning supplies

- not afraid of heights (the pinecone is accessed by a 30' ladder!)

Pay is $100 flat rate per cleaning + hosting

$25/hour paid for additional errands.

$50 extra also paid to handle weekly duties including propane & water tank filling, compost toilet emptying and laundry duties with $15 additional per load of laundry.
