Cleaning Person Needed for Apartment Management Company – Full Time

We are a multifamily real estate company with buildings in Koreatown and Highland Park. We are looking for an experienced cleaning person to work on 3–4 buildings full-time. The job includes cleaning common areas (hallways, lobbies, stairwells), taking out trash, preparing units for new residents (deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors), and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment across all buildings.

You will work under a property manager and have the support of a maintenance technician and supervisor for any questions or coordination needs.

Both Spanish and English preferred. You need to drive and have a car.
