Job Description:

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.

Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.

Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.

Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms.

Cleaning windowsills and windows.

Maintain janitor closets, supplies and equipment clean and organized

Inform property manager when supplies are needed

Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.

General cleanliness of property

Other routine basic cleaning duties as assigned

Daily reports sent in writing to the on site property manager

Follow proper timekeeping protocol

Drive to different properties to clean apartments when need it
