Wholy Clean is looking for dedicated cleaners to join our cleaning team! We are growing rapidly as a company, acquiring new clients every week from all over LA County, and we want to help you grow as well as an independent contractor!

A Little Bit About Us:

-At Wholy Clean LLC, we specialize in deep-cleaning and sanitizing homes and businesses.

-We provide cleaning services for residential locations, Airbnb, commercial locations, warehouses, and small businesses.

Qualifications to apply with Wholy Clean:

-Previous experience with a full-service cleaning company is preferred.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.

-The physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, and carry supplies to & from job sites.

-Familiarity with cleaning supplies such as Simple Green, Spray Away, Comet, Ajax, Pledge, Clorox, etc…

Requirements:

-Legally must be able to work in the State of California.

-Be able to speak, read, and write English.

-Have access to reliable transportation.

-Be reliable, be on time, and be a leader.

-Be able to provide a 1099 Form for taxes.

-Have excellent communication skills.

- Independent Subcontractors will be paid 80% of the job cost, and 20% will be paid to Wholy Clean to manage the client and provide customer service for you, allowing us to give our clients what they need.

We look for those who understand the importance of a deep clean and are aware that no corner should be left unattended, furniture must be moved around to make sure bottom dust is clean, every surface cleaned and wiped, woods are left polished, glass is left clean without any streaks, etc. Independent subcontractors will provide cleaning supplies and machinery needed to complete each job. Peak physical condition is a plus.

With a growing customer base and reputation, we have high expectations and high standards, and we expect the same from our employees and independent subcontractors.

Because we are LA County-based we require you to be mobile and on call for any spur-of-the-moment opportunities. Working hours can be anywhere between 6 A.M and 8 P.M, but hours may change as business continues to grow. Because we are a growing company more hours will become available as we expand our clientele. Part-time and full time is available, but we are now hiring independent subcontractors to work on March, April, and May 2024.

Our employment start-off pay is $18.00 - $25/hour depending on the experience you may have.
