Cleanroom Assembler

Job Title: Clean Room Assembler Day ShiftJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clean Room Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a clean room environment assembling medical tools using hand tools and working with small pieces.Responsibilities

Inspect hex tips.

Insert hex tips into nose cones using a hydraulic press.

Apply Teflon to clutches using a hydraulic press.

Assemble torque wrenches.

Install screws to complete the assembly process using a screw-down machine.

Adjust torque on wrenches using a torque tester.

Install caps.

Perform final cleaning and packaging of completed wrenches.

Please note that makeup, jewelry, and perfume are not permitted.
