Job Description

We seek a dedicated and experienced Live-In Property Manager to oversee all aspects of Clear Lake Cottages and Marina. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, with a focus on Supreme Guest Service, and possess exceptional communication skills. As the only manager for the location key responsibilities include:

Front Desk Management

Maintenance Supervision

Boat Rentals Coordination

Guest Services Management

Engagement in Employee total Life-cycle

Payroll management

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in property management

Background in hospitality management

Excellent communication skills
