Client Partner / Account Manager - Hybrid Work Model

Cloudious LLC. is an IT Consulting Firm headquartered in San Jose, CA having a fully functional IT Infrastructure support centers located at Dallas, TX and regional offices / offshore operations in Canada, Australia & India. We are currently seeking a seasoned IT Staffing Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Client Partner / Account Manager to work from our San Jose, CA office location on full time basis (hybrid work model). The apt candidate would be compensated with excellent salary and perks (benefits included) Title: IT Staffing Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Client Partner (Staffing) Location: San Jose, CA Duration: Full Time Salary: Based on Experience Experience Level: Junior Mid Level Function: He / She will be responsible for driving specialized IT staffing revenue, for the assigned accounts, ownership of delivery and overall responsibility for Revenue growth, Margins, customer relationship, compliance processes. Growing our Existing client base. Duties & Responsibilities: - 2 - 4 years' work experience in IT staffing industry within the United States as Recruiter /Staffing Manager or relevant experience from overseas / offshore are also applicable - Account Planning and account mining - Increase service to the existing customer base - Opportunity identification, tracking and conversion - Manage MSA, Contracts Terms and Conditions compliance - Develops relationships with Active Consultants to drive customer and consultant satisfaction - Works effectively with cross-functional departments such as recruiting, HR, Legal, Finance - Proven relationship building skills - Ability to interact with customers, candidates and recruiting team on a timely basis - Strong knowledge on legal work authorization within the US Required Qualifications: - Any Bachelor's Degree. Information Technology added advantage - Minimum of 2 years of prior IT staffing industry experience - Demonstrated success working within large, national accounts, SI Partners or Direct Clients - Ability to communicate with customers and recruiting team in a timely manner - Demonstrates a high level of dependability and integrity - Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, in-person and interpersonal skills If you would like to know more about the job requirement, please rush in your resumes asap.
