Coordinating responses to unique and diverse requests from clients, intermediaries, and consultants.

Serving as a key secondary point of contact for strategic relationships.

Collaborating with expert teams across various business segments to build an extensive knowledge base of our diverse client types. You'll work closely with our dynamic London-based Client Service team to support and drive their initiatives.

Mastering our client relationship management software, becoming the go-to expert for all client, intermediary, and consultant data.

Providing vital backup support to other associates in Client Service, including tracking and reporting on the firm’s new business pipeline and ensuring the accuracy of mutual fund and client account data in our management software.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement

Familiarity with public equity and fixed income investment strategies

Experience with Tableau is advantageous

A robust professional background and demonstrated leadership skills

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on detail

The capability to collaborate effectively in teams and work autonomously

Proficiency in quantitative analysis, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel

Ideally, a minimum of three years of experience in financial services
