Financial Applications & Tracking: Submit and follow up on insurance and annuity applications, resolving any issues, reviewing policy pages upon arrival for accuracy.
Financial Analysis: Use reporting software to provide key reports to financial planners and support the financial planning process.
CRM & Data Management: Keep client records up to date by logging all communications, tracking transaction statuses, and maintaining records.
Client Liaison: Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact between our advisors and clients, delivering excellent service with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must. Use of financial software (i.e., Morningstar) is helpful but not required.
Attention to Detail: You thrive in a detail-oriented environment and enjoy making sure everything is accurate and organized.
Tech-Savvy & Eager to Learn: Willingness to learn financial management and client services software.
Excellent Communication: Polite, professional, and effective communication skills across generations and platforms (phone, email, etc.).
Team Player: Collaborative and dependable, with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
Why Join Us?
