Client Services Manager

Description:

Client services is connected to the lab, when a specimen comes in – help coordinate, connects with patients, connects with physicians who sent it I, help with reporting to clients, answer patient requests (triage to billing dept, or manager) Patient / outward facing, also works with the sales team to provide answers, give patients kits

Individuals who have been part of a startup part of clinical development assay, dealing with clinical trials, someone who has worked in a client services rule, that can speak to clinicians,

Their assay/testing process: protein aggregation – spinal fluid is incubated on a plate to allow for the protein to link to other protein, looking for a specific protein. “hands off assay” but the prep work is a lot – 96 well plate, labeling is very important. 1hr prep. The candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to physicians, nurses, and other health care associates through email, telephone, and fax assisting clients with patient laboratory information, questions, and results. Partner across the organization with Clinical Laboratory, Sales/Marketing and Management team members to promote a patient/client focused experience aligned with the company vision and goals. Respond to client emails, phone calls and fax inquiries requesting information or results promptly and courteously. Follow up with physician’s offices on missing requisition information and/or specimen issues

Billing Support : Upload required data in to billing system, provide information to billing staff to respond to insurance and Medicare requests, contact providers to request additional information (ICD-10, medical records, etc.) Enter and maintain onboarding documents forwarded by sales team, coordinate with sales team for clinician inquiries, provide customer/outward facing materials to sales team as requested.
