Client Service Representative ILos Angeles, CA 90071 (Hybrid)Compensation: $20 per hour12+ Month Contract: W2 Consultants OnlyThe Client Service Representative will perform complex client-facing duties which include opening accounts, resolving problems, processing transactions, and servicing loans.Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries or complaints received through phone calls, correspondence, and/or face-to-face contact with clients concerning the bank's products or services.
- Review and research requests or problems obtaining necessary information from policies, procedures, or practices.
- Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments.
- Inform customers of standard procedures or resolution of problems.
- Follow up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company.
- Provide feedback to sales, quality assurance, and product management.
- Compile information, prepare reports and/or summaries, and submit them for review.
- Recommend changes to existing policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to less experienced representatives.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or an equivalent of 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- In-Depth Knowledge of company policies, procedures, practices, products, operations, and services.
- Proficient with standard office equipment and required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Sufficient mathematical abilities to process and balance daily business transactions.
- Great written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with external and internal clients.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Provide courteous and timely customer service when addressing client issues and transactions.
- Use good judgment in responding to complex client issues.
- Coach staff on client services issues.
