Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants Requirements - Strong communication and social skills

1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

Materials Handling experience desired

Proven knowledge of HealthCare.gov

Earlier work involving Nursing

Wide ranging experience with mumps

Previous experience working with Discharge planning

Quality experience with Corporate Headquarters

Expertise in Budget Processes

Foundational knowledge in Medical Coverage

General familiarity with Dictation

Workstation Support experience

Good understanding of Acute care

Practical knowledge of Vaccinations

Well-founded grasp of Vaccines

Clinical Trial Operations experience highly desired
